COVID-19 and Safety for Diamond Decks’ Employees and Customers
Diamond Decks is concerned with the safety and well-being of everyone: our customers, our employees and their families.
In reviewing the current guidance from the CDC, U.S Department of Labor, Texas Department of State Health Services, and San Antonio Metropolitan Health District, the risk of COVID-19 transmission on the job site is classified as low.
Because of this, at this time, we feel we can still conduct business as usual with a few commonsense measures. We are asking our employees and customers to observe the following:
Refrain from close contact and practice “social distancing” (approximately 6 feet).
No shaking hands. A friendly wave, head nod or a “Howdy Y’all” will do.
We ask everyone to wash their hands often.
If you have access to soap and water, use it. Especially for visible dirt on your hands.
Alcohol based hand sanitizer can be used if soap and water is not available or you have no visible dirt/debris on your hands.
When going on a supply run, wash your hands when leaving the store.
We are asking our employees to notify us if they are sick before they go to a job site. In turn, we ask that our customers refrain from interaction with our employees if you are ill as well.
Again, the above measures are due to our concern in response to the dynamic nature of the COVID-19 virus and the safety guidance surrounding it. We know that this is a stressful time for all. Our goal is to continue to provide you with excellent work and craftsmanship and maintain a health environment for all.
