Donnie Ferguson is the founder and CEO of Diamond Decks, one of the largest and most innovative outdoor living companies in the United States. With a passion for transforming backyards into personalized paradises, Donnie leads his team in bringing creativity and craftsmanship to every project. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and has been immersed in the construction and design world since 2001. When he’s not helping clients create their dream outdoor spaces, Donnie enjoys golfing, fishing, and traveling the world.

Tom Boon has been the Operations Manager at Diamond Decks since June 2018, bringing his extensive expertise in overseeing business operations, coordinating orders, managing and planning construction projects. With a keen eye for detail, he supervises project managers from start to finish, ensuring seamless project execution. Prior to joining Diamond Decks, Tom served 24 years in the military, honing his skills in planning and execution. After his service, he spent five years in the building trades, managing both departments and installations for a major retailer before transitioning to Diamond Decks, where he first excelled as a project manager.

Kristin Springer, our office manager,  has been a valued member of our team for five years, bringing dedication and a positive spirit to everything she does. Her passion for excellence and teamwork continues to make a lasting impact on our company. Outside of work, Kristin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, staying active, and exploring new hobbies.

Kasey Unroe is the Marketing Director for Diamond Decks, a company she’s been with since its inception almost ten years ago. Passionate about her work, she thrives on meeting new people, attending events, and tapping into her creative side. Kasey earned her degree in Fashion Marketing from the Art Institute of Raleigh-Durham. A lover of Jesus, dad jokes, fashion and live concerts, but most importantly Kasey cherishes her role as a mom to her little boy and enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her dogs. She has lived in five different states and one country outside the U.S. An avid ping-pong player, athlete, and all-around sports fanatic, her favorite quote is, “In a world that you can be anything, be kind.”

Tony Palmeri brings over ten and a half years of experience in the construction industry, with the last seven and a half spent at Diamond Decks, where he excels in sales and design. Dedicated to building projects the right way, Tony is passionate about helping people create spaces where they can enjoy time with family. Outside of work, Tony loves spending time with his family, playing the drums, cooking, and watching hockey. His favorite cuisine is Italian, a passion that stems from growing up in the back of one of his family’s five restaurants. One of the most rewarding aspects of his job is witnessing customers’ excitement as their vision transforms from a drawing into a finished product. A fun fact about Tony is that he played professional hockey, and his favorite quote is, “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.”

Casey Braun is one of our top project managers and has been with Diamond Decks for over five years, playing a crucial role in delivering top-quality projects on time. His dedication to excellence makes him a tremendous asset to our team. Outside of work, Casey enjoys staying active by working out and spending quality time with family & his dogs.

Brent Freise is a dedicated Project Manager at Diamond Decks, where he brings a hands-on, personalized approach to every project. With a deep-rooted passion for woodworking, Brent treats every job as if it’s his own backyard, prioritizing smooth project flow and client satisfaction. He spent three years professionally crafting decks and outdoor projects at Diamond Decks before being promoted to management. Outside of work, Brent loves fishing and spending quality time with his family.
